Hi! My name is Mary and I live in Munich. I am a self-taught artist and I have been painting since 2012 and have used various techniques since then. I started out with landscape paintings using oil colors, but then in 2020, I moved away from realistic paintings and started experimenting with Abstract Art using Acrylics. I love to just move the colors across the canvas, to create a piece without following strict rules of reality and to just follow my imagination. At the moment I focus on Acrylic Pouring techniques, with chaos pours and swipes being my go-to techniques.

I take most of my inspiration from my family’s home country, Greece, especially the Cycladic Islands with their beautiful seascapes and white-washed houses. By painting bits and pieces of these beautiful landscapes, I bring a piece of Greece into my home.
